In many beginnings...

Contentious matters deserve some handling to organize a suitable and satisfactory resolution.

What were the matters to drive such a pressure as to seek relief through this forum?

It might be as Loomings established the scene and the tone of the first chapter of Moby Dick, or instead it may have been the long building convergence of many causals. Left as a mystery... We just begin.

 

Some deference toward economy and timing will be adjusted to, along with some efficiency in the form, long form still on occasion.

 

Some leniency toward the subject matter will be enjoyed, but perhaps the figurative topping of Kisatchie Pines sets something of a scene or scenic that defines some scale and scope. We should all intimately know well this parametric scale of things "Kisatchie" for it does good things in return. 

Judicious opposition will come! Mostly the leverage is around performance or through the opine matter of experience and empirical testing. 

What we will focus on may be near and around outdoors pursuits that investigate into where today's outdoorsman are trying their bully best to find a good place to start. What should be a first step may also be as how Ismael established his presence and guided the reader through the allegory that both defined his worldview and the influenced the reader's worldview in turn.
